Why am i not getting my emails.

Emails sent to me are not being received in my PC Inbox, or the Inbox accessible by the web. However they are received in the Inbox on an iPad, and they are being received in at other email addresses they are sent to. Not sure what is stopping the email from making it to my PC - emails are being sent successfully from there.I am getting new emails in my optonline account but they no longer migrate over to outlook as they originally did. I cannot find any area in outlook to check or force the messages to come over. I am getting new emails to my outlook email name.I am having the same issue with my Galaxy S8 Android.
