I got one a few weeks ago and the lock itself is wonderful, but it seems like the software is horrible. I haven't been able to add any new codes since I got it. After multiple calls to support, they finally said it was a known software issue but gave no timeline for a patch. I'd hate to get rid of it since it looks really slick and the one code ...
