Even the .380 round, in my opinion, is not a substandard round. It may not penetrate as deep as a 9mm round, but there are times I don’t want my rounds to over penetrate, as in crowded situations.

My 1st Micro .380 had problems extracting/ejecting all types of ammo, but especially flat nose ammo. Kimber could not make the problem go away, so they replaced the firearm. The replacement also struggles extracting/ejecting flat nose ammo, but seems to cycle round nose FMJ ammo and XTP hollow points relatively well.

The .380 I shoot most is a Kahr, and it choked on Fiocchi ammo. I think the rim is a different dimension than most others. In checking the forums, other guys have had problems with Fiocchi in Kahrs.
