Had it out last night and it had been running fine, went to get on plane to go to a new spot and it started to shake / miss and didn't have much power. Pulled the plugs and 2&4 are much more black and soaked than 1&3. It has new plugs and wires. Go to shop.evinrude.com for the proper pump.If the motor cranks when you jump it there are a couple of things that it could be, a bad 20 amp fuse, starter solenoid, ignition switch, safety neutral switch, or bad wiring. (I'm assumming the control box is in neutral). The 20 amp fuse is on the motor in a red wire coming off the solenoid.
